Trinity is considered a monopoly of Christianity, referring to:
(1) Ghost, the Holy Spirit,
(2) God, the Holy Father, and
(3) Christ, the Holy Son.
In the GUTUL framework grounded on physics and philosophy, i.e. Table 1-4 and Table 7-2, the Christian Trinity corresponds respectively to:
(1) space being in itself,
(2) substance being in itself, and
(3) the personification of “substance being in itself” in “a human being as itself” or the manifestation or assumption of God in the human body of Christ – hence the story of resurrection in Christianity.
In the same framework, a Buddhist Trinity emerges as follows,
(1) Zhen Ru 真如 (Truth Such) or the Buddha spirit [space being in itself],
(2) Ru Lai 如来 (Cometh Such) or the Buddha [substance being in itself], and
(3) Pu Sa 菩萨 (the Bodhisattva), the enlightened one who chose to return from Nirvana to Samsara or the manifestation or assumption of Buddha [substance being in itself] in a human body of an enlightened one – hence the story of reincarnation in Buddhism.
In the same framework, a Daoist Trinity emerges as follows,
(1) Da 大 or Da Dao 大道 [space being in itself],
(2) Dao 道 [substance being in itself], and
(3) Xian 仙 (the Immortal) or the manifestation or assumption of Dao [substance being in itself] in a human body – hence the story of immortality in Daoism.
Table 7-4 summarizes such a Unifying and Universal Trinity which promotes human mutual understanding, compassion, inclusivity and open-mindedness.
